- August 2010R&D support begins through a contract with a semiconductor factory.
Company & service foundation
OSD is founded and builds its first international support partnerships.
- June 2012OSD Technology Sdn. Bhd. is officially founded.

- October 2013Local service support begins for Blackstone-Ney / CTG wet-cleaning process systems.
Fabrication & automation
Local production support expands into fabrication, automation and components.
- February 2014Forms a working partnership with Winwell for plastic and stainless-steel fabrication.
- October 2014Appointed local distributor for wafer-handling systems(Japan product).
- December 2014Electronic component supply, including batteries, TDK power supplies and OEM outsources product / obsolete product(USED).
